This setting is from Kim's personal collection. He began collecting antique filigree settings over 30 years ago and kept only those that had beautiful artistry and were in excellent condition. Ring molds were made by expert jewelers in order to best preserve the filigree detail. Casting was done in New York using the best casting machines in order to eliminate bubbles, porosity, and any other imperfections. Kim hand finishes as opposed to machine tumbling the settings. All of these production aspects result in highly detailed exquisite jewelry with an authentic antique feel and look. Many designs also have added hand milgraining and/or engraving.
